It would not be correct to say that this position is the 'leader' of the Committee. Although there is a reponsibility for the smooth running of the Club, we run a very open group and accept all ideas on their merit. I do believe that communication with Members is an important part of the job and try to speak to as many as possible.

Flying experience

190 hours on T67, C152/C172, PA28-140/180 and DR400-180
505 hours on Europa G-BXUM, about 100 hours a year since first flight in April 1999. Only a PPL, no other ratings.

Special skills/experience

Ex-British Met Man (as in Meteorological Office), lots of experience with TAFs, Metars etc; did build an aeroplane once.

Locality

Popham, EGHP, Hampshire, UK.

Aircraft, and current status

Kit 67, classic mono, G-BXUM took 5 1/2 years to build, first flight April 1999, does what I want an aeroplane to do.
