This page is provided to help our non-UK friends with information on how to obtain permission from the CAA to fly Permit aircraft into the UK.
Goto the
Foreign Aircraft Exemptions page first, then at
the bottom follow the link that says
Homebuilt Aircraft. Please see Airworthiness notice 52.
Click on Open document in new
window and look for Airworthiness Notice 52.
The CAA want copies of the following information:
Aircraft registration
Actual or expected date of entry to the UK
Actual or expected date of exit from the UK
Aircraft owner’s signature
Aircraft owner’s name
